1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "55rrp" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming service operated at https://55rrp.cam and all associated domains, mobile applications, and digital properties.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity records.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a gaming outcome, sports event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives provided by 55rrp to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "User Funds" or "Player Balance" means the total amount of money deposited by a Player and held in their Account, including winnings and bonus funds subject to withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 55rrp to confirm Player identity, age, and residency in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over an extended period, calculated across millions of game rounds.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of Indonesia in which all Platform transactions are conducted.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with 55rrp, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as they appear on your government-issued identification documents.
• Maintain only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts under your control, we reserve the right to suspend or close all accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. Immediately notify 55rrp if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account. Account sharing, account selling, and account transfer are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change. Outdated information may result in transaction delays, withdrawal restrictions, or account suspension.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

55rrp is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To this end, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. The KYC process may include:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and document expiration date.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, credit card image with middle digits masked, e-wallet screenshot).

KYC verification typically processes within 24-48 hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in account restrictions, including withdrawal suspension and potential account closure with forfeiture of funds if verification remains incomplete after 30 days.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55rrp supports the following payment channels for Indonesian players:

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. We do not accept foreign currencies. Currency conversion, if required, must be completed by the Player before depositing.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier; contact customer support for specific limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet and instant bank transfer methods. Manual bank transfers may require 15-60 minutes for processing during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB).
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds from another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and possible account closure.
• 55rrp does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees; these are your responsibility.

Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without wagering activity will be flagged as potential money laundering and subject to investigation, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

• Request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or exhibiting unusual patterns.

• Report suspicious transactions to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Terms

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

55rrp reserves the right to delay, reject, or reverse withdrawals in the following situations:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements.
• Disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals related to your account.
• Technical issues or payment provider limitations beyond our control.
• Account under investigation for policy violations.

55rrp takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviors constitute bonus exploitation and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and potential account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking tools to circumvent geolocation restrictions or claim region-specific bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate outcomes or distribute bonus benefits unfairly.
• Using known game exploits, bugs, or loopholes to gain unfair advantage while bonus is active.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing sports bets on 55rrp, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players should review their bet slips carefully before submission as bets cannot be canceled, edited, or voided after acceptance (except in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or as required by applicable sports betting rules).
• Bet settlement is based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. In the event of disputes or discrepancies, the official result published by the league, federation, or sanctioning organization will be considered final.

• BRI Liga 1 matches follow standard football betting rules. Bets are settled based on 90 minutes of play plus injury time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).

6.3 Obvious Errors

55rrp reserves the right to void bets or correct payouts in the event of:

• Human error in manual odds entry or market creation.

In such cases, affected Players will be notified, bets will be voided, and stakes refunded. We aim to detect and correct errors promptly but cannot guarantee error-free operation at all times.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on 55rrp, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, user interface elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 55rrp or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 55rrp content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from 55rrp software or games.
• Use 55rrp trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on 55rrp content or technology.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55rrp and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use 55rrp services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

14. Account Termination
